Chocolate fans rejoice, this class was designed for you! During this hands-on event, you will create deliciously creamy, perfectly chewy, and intensely chocolatey caramels. A sprinkle of sea salt adds the finishing touch. These caramels are blue ribbon worthy! Plus, ice cream fans, get ready to wow you family, your friends and even yourself with an old-fashioned hot fudge sauce. This decadent, thick and rich sauce is sure to become a favorite over ice cream, pound cake and by the spoonful!
Mary Adashek is the 4th generation of her family to live in Cedarburg. She attributes her passion for baking to her mother who was an avid maker and taught her many skills. Mary began creating candies 30 years ago and has shared her treats with family and friends for decades. In 2018 she founded Sweet Connection Classes and is now able to share the techniques she has learned with others. Her greatest thrill is empowering others to create high quality candies of their own with ease!
