Description
A good night sleep...sound like a dream? This class will provide information to promote good sleep habits for babies, and offer guidance and solutions for toddlers with sleep issues. Laugh while you learn with us! This class is facilitated by Jennifer Strom, MA, LPC, Assistant Clinical Director at North Shore Center, LLC.
