Description
Ozaukee County Historical Society's 18th Annual Bluegrass at the Village. Bands will play throughout the afternoon on the platform of the newly restored Cedarburg Train Station. It is the perfect setting for bluegrass music.
This year’s lineup includes; Pickin’ Up Speed, The MilBillies, Fox Crossing, the Jordan & Ernest from Chicken Wire Empire, The Foxgloves and The Heartland Howlers will close out the event.
The Foxgloves from Minneapolis, MN is this year's featured band. This an all-female band entertains their audience with their engaging presence, rich instrumentation, compelling storytelling/songwriting and four-part harmonies. They have a little bluegrass, country, American and classics in their repertoire.
We have 450 seats under a tent and other patrons bring blankets and lawn chairs to pick out their own best seat in the house {Sorry, no carry-ins or pets} A variety of food and beverages are available to purchase. There will be vendors and a fundraising raffle, too.
