STAFF ACCOUNTANT & TAX PREPARER
Donahue & Associates LLC is searching for a dedicated Full-Time Staff Accountant to join our growing CPA firm in the local Milwaukee area. The ideal candidate will engage in tax return preparation and associated planning for a diverse portfolio of clients, as well as monthly accounting and financial statement preparation.

Qualifications
· Previous experience is preferred
· Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is preferred but not mandatory
· CPA certification or candidacy is preferred
· Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous
Responsibilities
· Respond to client and firm associate requests in a timely and professional manner
· Prepare client communications, including correspondence, letters, and emails
· Prepare individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns and projections in accordance with firm and professional standards
· Prepare and review business accounting and financial statements per firm and professional guidelines
· Research tax and accounting issues
· Provide technical assistance and support to clients
