Empathetic volunteers wanted for crisis and emotional support hotline. This mandatory training consists of 10 hours of classroom instruction on topics such as:
- Reflective listening
- Mental Illness
- Handling difficult callers
- Grief & Loss
- Crisis intervention
- Self-Care
