Description
We believe that it is important for all children to see many races, ethnicities, and cultures in the books that they read. Our goal is also to help children/teens of color see and celebrate themselves in literature. (details on our website)
We collect and distribute books to libraries, schools, and non-profit organizations, including Webster Middle School, Parkview Elementary, Silver Spring Neighborhood Center, Grafton Library, Cedarburg Library, the Next Door Foundation, among others.
We are excited to partner with Cedarburg Associates this year, who have graciously committed to matching funds up to $500!
