Join Core Fit Pilates in Centennial Park for an all-levels mat class with toning and core strength focus.
Please bring a Pilates/Yoga mat, sticky socks and small prop such as therabands, small ball/rolled towel for head support.
*Weather makeup day will be Saturday following class*
